Tax Payments Are Due
This is a reminder that the tax bills for real estate, personal property, motor vehicle and sewer use will be mailed on June 28, 2010. Taxes are due July 1, 2010. The last day to pay without penalty is Monday Aug 2, 2010. (Postmarks of Aug 2, 2010 will be accepted) If you are paying in person and would like a receipt you must bring the entire bill with you.
Mail payments to: Town of Avon, Collector of Revenue 60 West Main St Avon CT 06001.
Please enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope if a receipt is desired. The office hours are Monday – Thursday 8:00 AM to 4:45 PM and Friday 8:00 AM to 12:30.~ There will be extended hours on Friday July 30, 2010 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
